Simona Dolana
Childminder & Setting Lead
I am a Qualified Teacher (QTS) with a Master’s degree and over five years of experience in early years education. My background includes working in both mainstream and specialist SEN education, and I am currently completing my Level 3 Early Years SENCO qualification.
At my most recent Ofsted inspection, I achieved Strong Standard across all six areas assessed, with safeguarding standards met. I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive and inspiring environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn, grow and thrive.
Claudia Pavel
Co-Childminder
Claudia is an Ofsted-registered childminder who works alongside me to provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment for the children. She brings a calm and nurturing approach to the setting and is passionate about supporting each child’s individual development, confidence and independence.
Her most recent Ofsted inspection recognised Strong Standards in Achievement, Children’s Welfare and Wellbeing, and Curriculum and Teaching, with safeguarding standards met.
Stephanie Davis
Early Years Practitioner
Stephanie is a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner with over 25 years of experience working in preschool and early years settings. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and has a warm, caring and nurturing approach with the children.
Her extensive experience supports children’s learning and development through play, while helping them build confidence, independence and positive relationships. Stephanie is passionate about creating a happy, engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.
